With an abundance of experience in service, problem-solving, and advising both individuals and businesses across diverse fields, I bring a unique perspective to retirement planning. My experience includes years of practical expertise with specialized education to offer comprehensive retirement strategies.
My career journey began with service in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. After returning home, I balanced full-time work as an engineer for Honeywell while earning Phi Beta Kappa honors and raising two young sons. I later became a Managing Partner in an IT consulting firm, serving both military and major corporations. In this role, I developed innovative problem-solving systems across diverse sectors. To further enhance my knowledge, I pursued an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned certification as a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) from The American College.
Today, as a Senior Retirement Planner at Charles Ward & Associates, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve financial freedom in retirement. My personal philosophy centers on continuous learning and maintaining mental and physical activity to better serve others. Whether I’m involved in building projects or enjoying adventurous activities, I am committed to staying actively engaged and forward-thinking in both my business and personal pursuits.
