I Can’t Wait To Guide You Through Your IFW Retirement Score!
Hello, my name is Ed Ogden. I am the founder of Ogden Assurance Group based in the Kansas City and Denver metro areas. I specialize in providing guidance for those who want to maintain or create a better lifestyle in retirement: emphasizing safety, preservation and growth of their life savings.
In 1988, at the start of my career, I was fortunate to become involved with folks in rural communities; my clients were often self-employed small business owners, farmers and ranchers. Even then, in my “youth”, I found us to be ”in-tune”: desiring strong, prudent growth for savings without the risk associated with market uncertainty. Although risk is inherent in the business world, we all want IRONCLAD SAFETY for retirement funds.
Over the past three decades, I have assisted more than 19,000 individuals and couples, at all economic levels, enjoy a worry-free retirement; knowing that their money is safe, working hard, working smart, and ready for them when needed. I helped clients navigate safely through two major downturns in the economy, where horrible market events served only to confirm our strategies! Our “safe money solutions” protected clients without exception! These plans simply did what they were/are designed to do!
For more than three decades, I have conducted numerous workshops centered around senior retirement planning. These workshops focused on the issues retirees face in an ever-changing, sometimes unstable financial world, and include how Social Security should be an important leg of the stool for supporting overall retirement health.
I believe that honesty and integrity are the key to building long-lasting client relationships. I do my best to enable clients to make enlightened decisions when it comes to their hard-earned money!
I have offices in Overland Park, KS and Lakewood, CO. I enjoy spending time with my family, and the many outdoor activities Colorado offers, especially golf and skiing. I’m a bit of a sports fanatic. I was trained as a chef and helped open many restaurants in Denver in the 1970s. This life experience helps me to fully grasp the special challenges of business owners, and the retirement planning process for clients with diverse backgrounds, with varied and specific needs and goals.
I look forward to learning the aspects of your life’s journey and assisting you in living bountifully in retirement!
